Requirements:

Must have a current valid PA driver’s license

Act 120 Certified at time of appointment

Successfully pass background investigation

Hanover Township is accepting applications for Part-Time park employees. Pay rate starting at $15.00 an hour
Essential duties:

Operate parks department vehicles and small tractors in a safe and productive manner.

Maintenance and repairs of parks and public grounds to include, but not limited to:

Trimming of grass, shrubbery, and trees

Minor construction and renovations
-
Assembling and positioning of various items of playground pieces

Maintaining of picnic areas, and playground equipment
-
Prepares site and seeds lawns
-
Picks up and disposes of trash and litter
-
Check all park areas on a regular schedule to look for problems, vandalism or work needing to be done

The Hanover Township Board of Supervisors are accepting letter of interest to be a member of the Hanover Township Sewer Authority Board. Letters of interest can either be mailed to the Township building at 11 Municipal Drive Burgettstown PA 15021, or emailed to the office at Hanovertwp@comcast.net. The township will be accepting letters of interest until Monday June 15, 2026
